Recently, my brother Cory was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer that has unfortunately spread to his liver and lymph nodes. The news was devastating, and it came at an especially difficult time. Just before his diagnosis, Cory was laid off from his job. As the primary earner for his family of five, this has put an incredible strain on the family's finances.
