The Arizona teacher walkout if FOR students and to support those who never see pay raises from the state and districts - the support professionals and classified workers. But those who make an hourly wage will not be paid while schools are closed and this hits them the hardest. Please contribute  whatever you can to support them. 
At Coronado, we have 27 staff members who will not be able to work. Most make $10-$12/hour.  Assuming 6.5 hours a day at $12/hour, they are losing $78/day. So the amount we are asking for is to pay them for 2 days each at this rate.  
We'd like to give this to people today, before the walkout begins! But we'll distribute whenever we can over the next few days.
