Support Cori and Sean's Fight Against Cancer
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Halie, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my sister, Cori, and her husband, Sean. They are going through an incredibly challenging time, and I want to do everything I can to support them.
A few years ago, Sean battled cancer and won. However, about two months ago, Sean was diagnosed again, this time with stage 4 colon cancer. A month later, as he prepared to begin his first chemotherapy session, doctors discovered he urgently needed a blood transfusion. This marked the start of his hospitalization in early November.
Since then, Sean has had to remain in the hospital and will likely be in the hospital for a few more weeks at least. He has needed multiple transfusions and is now undergoing daily dialysis due to significantly reduced kidney function. Unfortunately, his chemotherapy has been put on hold while his medical team works to stabilize his condition.
Cori has been by his side every step of the way, taking time away from work to care for him and provide support. With Sean unable to work as well, their bills and living expenses are quickly adding up. While they have been hesitant to ask for help, I know how much this financial strain is weighing on them, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support.
How You Can Help:
Your donation will go directly toward living expenses, including rent, gas, food, and other household bills to help ease their financial burden during this difficult time.
Any amount, no matter how small, will make a difference. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this campaign with your network would also mean so much to us.
Thank you for your kindness, support, and prayers during this challenging time.
With gratitude,
Halie
Edit to update: It is with great heartbreak I let everyone know that on November 29th Sean passed away. He was home with his wife, best friend, and family and he is now at peace. Thank you to everyone for your kind words and donations. Cori will continue to need our support while she navigates through this difficult time.
