Help My Brother Heal After a Vicious Dog Attack

On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, my brother, Corey, was the victim of a horrific dog attack that left him with catastrophic injuries to both of his hands as well as other bodily injuries. In a matter of moments, his life has changed. He has already undergone surgery, and his recovery will require months of healing, rehabilitation, and tremendous strength.

Corey is an Ophthalmic Technician (O.D. Tech) and has dedicated himself to helping others every day. His hands are the very tools he depends on to care for patients and provide for himself. Today, those same hands are fighting to heal.

The road ahead is long.

Corey is facing additional medical procedures, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and other recovery challenges as he fights to regain the use of his hands. As his recovery continues, so do the financial challenges.
