Cora was diagnosed with a very rare form of brain cancer in July of 2024. Following a successful brain surgery and 30 rounds of radiation treatment, she has entered a clinical trial in Boston to test a vaccine/immunotherapy combination. Cora has always been and continues to be our little “viking”- she’s strong and is already beating every statistic there is. We remain full of confidence and hope.
Our friends and family have already helped tremendously with a meal train, rides to practices and girl scouts, family photos, hotel help, pet care and so much more. To keep up with medical appointments, Jeff has stepped back from his position at work. Please consider joining Cora's Facebook group for updates as well.
As our family navigates Cora’s diagnosis and treatment, these funds will be used to assist in covering surgery and radiation costs, as well as upcoming travel and medical costs as we complete 64 trips to and from Boston over the next year for the clinical trial. Thank you for being part of our village- we are so lucky to have the support of so many friends and family.
