Help Me Compete at DECA Nationals!

Hello! My name is Conrad Robertson, and I have been granted an incredible opportunity. I am a student at A.C. Reynolds High School and an active participant in our school’s DECA club. DECA is a high school organization that prepares students for careers in business, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship through competitions, leadership opportunities, and real-world experiences.

Recently, I competed in the NC DECA state competition and won 1st place in my category—Restaurant and Food Service Management! Because of this exciting victory, I have qualified to compete at DECA Nationals in Orlando, Florida, where I’ll stay for six nights at the Stella Nova Universal Resort.

This trip is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but it comes with significant expenses. My goal is to raise $1000 to help cover costs, and any support—whether a donation or simply wishing me luck—would mean the world to me.

DECA has become incredibly important to me, and my only regret is not starting sooner. My older brother also participated in DECA when he was in high school, and he has been my biggest supporter, helping guide me every step of the way.

Here’s a breakdown of my estimated costs during the trip:

• Hotel & Registration Fee: $150

• Universal Orlando Ticket: $120
