My name is Connie, and I recently went through what was supposed to be a routine surgery. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned, and I experienced unexpected complications that kept me in the hospital much longer than anyone anticipated. This has turned my recovery into a much longer and more challenging journey than I was prepared for.

Because of the extended hospital stay and the complications, I now need extra support as I heal at home. I’m facing new expenses for after care, including medical supplies and special furniture to help me recover safely and comfortably. The financial strain of these unexpected needs, on top of lost income during my recovery, has been overwhelming.
