As most of you know my 64 year old mother Connie suffered from a stroke on February 17, 2025. She has undergone 2 brain surgeries including getting part of her skull removed. Her right side of her body is paralyzed and she’s unable to speak. She is however still alert and moves the left side of her body and understands what we are saying to her. I brought her here to Lake Isabella to come stay with me so I can personally take care of her and avoid putting her in a nursing home. Because of this decision my brothers and I are 100 % responsible for her care and all of the expenses that she needs, including physical therapy sessions with a personal trainer, exercise equipment, adult diapers, shower wipes, bed pads, ambulance rides etc. I am an ihss worker and will eventually be able to afford her care on my own, but until she’s approved, it will be difficult for us to afford these costs on our own. I’m just asking from the bottom of my heart that considering our situation that if anyone can donate to our cause and help us with providing mom with the care she deserves. We love our mom dearly she means the absolute world to us and on behalf of myself my brothers Nicholas and Kevin we appreciate any help we can get during this hard time.
