My name is Connie, and I’m asking for a little help during one of the hardest seasons of my life. I was recently diagnosed with Pulmonary Embolism—blood clots in both of my lungs and my right leg. It’s been a frightening and humbling experience, but by the grace of God and proper treatment, I am on the road to recovery. I did my best to return to work, but I haven’t been able to perform like I once could, and I was ultimately let go.

While I focus on healing, I’m now facing the added stress of trying to maintain my housing and cover essential medical costs. This fundraiser will help me pay my rent and afford my medication, Eliquis, which is critical for my recovery. These basic needs have become overwhelming without a steady income, and I’m doing everything I can to get back on my feet.
