Connie’s life changed dramatically during the Covid pandemic when she contracted POTS. After returning to work, she found herself struggling to breathe and feeling weak, which made it impossible to continue her job. Despite visiting several doctors, she didn’t get any answers until she finally went to the Mayo Clinic, where she was diagnosed with POTS. Since then, Connie has faced a series of challenges—she lost her job and health insurance, applied for disability but was turned down twice, and even lost her food stamps. On top of all this, she was recently diagnosed with endometriosis. The cost of insurance and medical care has become overwhelming, and she recently had an MRI, with surgery still to be scheduled. There are also more appointments ahead to manage her POTS.
The funds raised will go directly toward Connie’s medical bills, insurance, and daily living expenses. This support will help her focus on her health and recovery, rather than the overwhelming financial burden she’s facing.
Connie has gone through so much stress and pain each day since she contracted POTS, then the endometriosis. You cannot imagine the strain on her mind and body it has caused. Her faith has continued to be tested. I cannot be more grateful to anyone who may wish to assist her in this fight of faith and body. Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference in Connie’s life, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any support you can give.
