On December 23rd, 2024 Sam, Jacki and their siblings Tony and Kevin sadly lost their mother Connie to a complication in surgery. Connie was fighting for her health during her battle of lung cancer with the support of her children by her side through it all. Although I wasn’t fortunate enough to meet Connie myself, I am fortunate enough to know Sam and Jacki. Sam and Jacki are the light in every room and had a very close relationship with their mother who they are now grieving. This money will be used to give Connie the celebration of her life that she deserves and help her children say goodbye to their best friend, as well as support Sam during this hard time as she lived with her mom during treatment and will be forced to find a new home.
