On September 25, 2025, Connie and Brian Sliger just started their morning off super excited and ready for their little vacation to visit their sons and grandchildren in South Carolina. They live in Maryland, and that's about a 7 hr 30 min drive. Unfortunately, they had just started out and didn't get too far from home when they were involved in a very bad car accident.

They were T-boned by a big coal truck and had very bad injuries and are very lucky to be alive. That being said, they had to spend some time in the hospital and are now finally home, but there is very little they can do due to their injuries. So, they just need a little extra help and support while they aren't able to return to work until healed. Also, replacing items that were lost and medical bills they now have.
