Hi, my name is Elizabeth, and I’m fundraising for my son Conner.

In 2019, at just 11 years old, Conner was diagnosed with epilepsy. Since then, life has been anything but easy. Frequent seizures have made it hard for him to enjoy the everyday experiences most kids take for granted — going to school, playing with friends, and just being a kid.

But now, we finally have hope.

After years of tests and doctor visits, we’ve learned that Conner qualifies for a specialized brain surgery that could potentially cure his epilepsy. The procedure involves removing a portion of his temporal lobe — the area of his brain where the seizures begin. It’s a major step, but one that could give Conner the chance to live a normal, seizure-free life.

To get to this point, Conner has had to travel multiple times between our home in Boise, Idaho, and Phoenix, Arizona, where he’s receiving treatment. The travel expenses, along with the cost of testing and surgery, have placed a huge financial burden on our family.
