Foxfire residents are organizing to protect our neighborhood from a proposed hyperscale AI data center planned for the property directly next to our community in Commercial Point, Ohio.
Our neighborhood is made up of families, children, seniors, homeowners, and residents who chose Foxfire for its peaceful setting, open space, and quality of life. The proposed hyperscale AI data center raises serious concerns about its impact on nearby homes, including noise, traffic, construction disruption, stormwater runoff, property values, public health, environmental impact, and the long-term character of our community.
We are not against responsible growth. We are asking for transparency, accountability, and a fair process that protects the residents who will live next to this facility every day.
As a community, we are working together to make sure residents are informed, heard, and represented. Funds raised through this campaign will help cover:
Legal assistance and professional guidance
Outreach flyers, mailers, and printed educational materials
Website hosting and digital communication tools
Community events such as “Donuts & Discussion” meetings
