Colton's done it again - this time as a gold medal finalist from last year, trying to make it a repeat (but even better!).
He has qualified to represent TEAM USA in the 100th running of the ISDE as a selected club rider in Portugal, making it a historic milestone in international off-road motorcycling. Sanctioned by the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), the ISDE invites national teams from around the world to compete against each other to determine the World Championship of off-road racing. Each country participating in the ISDE is authorized to have four riders on its World Trophy Team, three riders age 23 or younger on its Junior Trophy Team, three female riders on its Women’s World Cup Team, and three riders on each of its Club division teams. As the sole U.S. affiliate of the FIM, the AMA is responsible for assembling each year’s U.S. ISDE teams. The International Six Days Enduro is the world’s largest annual off-road motorcycle competition.
Our goal is to help him secure the funds to get his bike and gear shipped, support flights, accommodations, and food for the two weeks that he'll be in Portugal, and cover race entry fees through AMA and FIM. We are certain we can do it slightly cheaper than we did last year, but it's still a feat to cover while still maintaining his regular racing activities here in the US.
We will be holding additional fundraisers as well - so check in with us if you're interested in t-shirts or other activities we may have going on.
