Hello!

College is supposed to be one of the best times in your life, but for a lot of students, it can also feel really overwhelming and lonely. A lot of people are struggling more than it looks like on the outside, and not everyone feels comfortable reaching out for professional help right away.

I started Collegiate Connect because I saw that gap.

Collegiate Connect is a nonprofit that gives students a place to talk to trained peer listeners. It’s simple. You sign up for a one-on-one session and talk to someone your age who’s there to listen, not judge, not diagnose, just listen and support you.

Sometimes that’s what people need most.

We’re getting ready to launch this fall, and right now we’re building everything from the ground up. We already have a team of volunteers, and we’re working on training, building the website, and creating something that actually feels safe and real for students.

We’re raising money to help make this possible. Donations will go toward things like:

training our volunteers

building and running the website

outreach so students actually know this exists

keeping everything free for students

If you’re interested in getting involved, we’re also looking for more people to join our team. You can reach out to us directly

if you want to be a peer listener, help with fundraising, or support marketing and outreach.

At the end of the day, this is about making sure no student feels like they have to deal with everything on their own.
