Support Colleen's Fight Against Brain Cancer

Donation protected
Hello! As most of you know, Colleen has been bravely battling brain cancer for the last 12 years. In 2013 while living in Washington DC, Colleen suffered a seizure that quickly led to a diagnosis of Oligodendroglioma and her first brain surgery shortly thereafter. Over the next decade, Colleen has been through various treatments and therapies to keep the cancer at bay, but in recent months, it has become more aggressive. She had a second surgery in October 2024 and continues chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Colleen is no longer able to work and the costs of her hospital stays, ongoing treatments, and at-home care are mounting.

Ongoing expenses that are not covered by insurance include medical co-pays, medical equipment for home use, transportation to doctor appointments, outpatient therapy 5x a week, and in-home health care. Colleen is also the sole provider for her beautiful 6 year old daughter, Frances.

Colleen and her family face a challenging road while they face her health issues head on. We are asking for your help in the form of donations to help ensure that Colleen doesn't need to worry about her bills while her family focuses on taking care of her and Frances. Please join me in supporting this family by sharing whatever you can, or by sharing this fundraiser with whomever you know that would be willing to help- every little bit counts!
