HI, My name is Colleen, and I am reaching out in a moment of uncertainty and urgency. After over a decade of raising our children in our home, I are facing eviction, legal battles, and complete disruption to the children's lives, all while trying to protect what is in the best interest of our kids.

I Helped Build This Home — But I'm Being Erased

For years, I supported our household financially and emotionally. I contributed to mortgage payments, home improvements, child care, and everything in between. Even he admitted in writing that I helped support and build this home.

But when our relationship ended, he used his control over the deed — which he always promised to share — to force me out. I was never added to the title, despite our shared investment and history.

Mind you, he left the residence to seek a better life.

I know that I could walk away, but the injustice will still stand and needs to be addressed for protecting my rights and my children's future.
