On 10/16/25, My brother Colin Chidester suffered an unexpected stroke. A small brain bleed has left the right side of his body immobile, and now he faces a long and challenging road to recovery.

Colin is strong, stubborn in the best way, and determined to regain his independence- but right now, he needs help. Because he did not have health insurance at the time of his stroke, every therapy session, medical appointment and necessary support is being paid out of pocket until Medicaid and disability benefits are approved, witch may take months.

Colin will be staying with family as he heals and works to regain mobility. We are committed to supporting him thru this but the financial burden is significant.
