Support Colin's Passion for Dirt Biking

I'm asking you to join me in helping a young dirt bike rider who just recently lost his dad. Colin Osteen is a young man from Chester County and member of SCCMX Kids. His father Mark passed recently and unexpected, leaving Colin with a void likely never to be completely filled. Additionally, his dirt bike has seen better days and was due for replacement for some time. Colin isn't one to complain and would ride whatever he can. He is just happy to be in the mix of things. His passion for the sport is undeniable, but he is now faced with the challenge of not being able to continue on, as financial constraints may leave him no choice.

I recently picked Colin up for a kids ride ( as I often do) and my 12 y/o son offered to share his bike for the day. They made it work and neither complained. However, it was different for me. I saw an only son who just lost his dad and things were now much different. Life changes without a parent, especially when you are young and dependent. Circumstances change. It will never be the same. As a Christian father, you cant help to feel moved to act. That's what we are called to do.

So, as the SCCMX Kids coordinator, I'm asking you to consider joining me in keeping Colin's love for this sport alive by getting him a new dirtbike. I've spoken to the guys at PowerSports East and they are going to once again put together a great deal. I truly believe that this will make a positive impact in his life, at a time when he needs it. I wouldn't ask otherwise, as I know this is not a must have item. It's a gift that shows, despite his tragic loss, that we are here and paying attention. There is something truly unique about the moto community that gets it and that is why I am asking for your help.
