Update: Colin is currently at home and attending physiotherapy three times a week as an outpatient at the hospital. The recent MRI revealed some areas of concern, so he will be following up with a neurosurgeon in the coming weeks. We will continue to share updates, and Meghan and Colin deeply appreciate all the support and love during this time.

On the morning of February 12th, Colin woke up to a life-changing situation: unable to move the right side of his body and struggling to speak, he couldn’t communicate with his fiancée, Meghan, about what was happening. In a moment of panic, Meghan immediately called an ambulance, and Colin has been in the hospital ever since.

It was determined that Colin, at the young age of 28, suffered a stroke. He now faces a long recovery journey. Colin will remain in the hospital for at least the next week, undergoing daily physiotherapy. Unfortunately, he will be off work for a minimum of two months, and it could take 4-6 months for him to regain full mobility.
