At the end of March, Cole suffered a medical emergency at home landing him in the ICU. Once he stabilized, he then had to undergo urgent brain surgery. Thankfully, everything went smoothly. Cole was in the hospital for about 3 weeks; most of that time was spent in the ICU. He was then moved to an inpatient rehab center to recover for another week. During this time, Danielle has taken many days off work to support Cole. The medical bills are now starting to roll in, and due to the nature of his surgery, not everything is covered by insurance.

Cole is now recovering at home, but he will continue to have ongoing care for the foreseeable future. We all know how great of friends Cole and Danielle are to us, and now is our time to help them in a way that can alleviate a lot of financial stress for them as they figure out their new normal.
