December update: As all of you know Colby had a massive heart attack in june & a previous stroke they found in the scans and can no longer work as of right now. We filed for disability back in july. And where told that it could take up to 3-4 years to get approved. Life doesn’t pause for us at all. It’s hard around the holidays cause we have nothing to spare! I’m working an extra job right now 7 days straight to play catch up but it’s extremely hard. Will bills and mortgage. We have 4 kids that we would like to give them a decent Christmas and just can’t. If you find it in your hearts to donate it would really be appreciated from the bottom of our hearts! And as hard as this is to type because I don’t ask for hand outs but as mothers you know I would go above and beyond to make things happen for your kids and family. Y’all have a blessed holiday! Im his fiance Shelby and the mother of our 4 beautiful kids. This is very hard to do being that we never ask for help from anybody. We are always the ones giving. But a life changing even has struck our family. Colby just 32 years old had a massive widows maker heart attack Saturday June 22nd & died on us 6 times. He is alive and with us today but has a very long road of recovery ahead of him. This event is Causing us to still be in the hospital. & both of us to be out of work. As he can’t move with out help at the moment. He worked long hard hours and will no longer be able to return to the line of work he did as this has affected him drastically. The drs have called him a walking miracle. He also did not have any medical insurance or anything so the bills are going to be high. He is having to be put on multiple medications from here on out which can get expensive. On top of that we have to buy school supplies and uniforms for all 4 of our children and don’t know how we will manage with both being out of work. And pay medical bills. House bills and every thing else inbetween. So I’m coming to ask yall to help donate anything if possible if not just a prayer would work. We appreciate each and every one of you. And want you to know yall kind words and prayers have been working. We hope to get back on our feet and start this new journey very soon! God Bless ♥️

UPDATE: We are home. & trying to wrap our heads around everything that has happened! Once we went to his first DR visit we then learned he also had a previous stroke than we never knew about! So he can no longer work. He has to see a dr once a week to do therapy to try to regain strength like he had before! We have tried to apply for disability but they called and said it could take 1-4 years before actually getting it. He is struggling mentally because he is so use to working and providing for his family. It breaks my heart that he can not work or do any activities we use to do as a family. We loved the out doors. And he just can’t take the heat anymore..or go long distances with out getting tired. I still have not got to go back to work full time due to having to help him do things. So we are worried about bills and school mainly for our kids. Our lives have really changed in a blink of an eye with out any warning and I wouldn’t wish this feeling on my worst enemies! But we just got baptized before this and With God on our side I think there will be light at the end of our tunnel. Thank to all who have been praying and who has helped. We really appreciate it from the bottom of our heart ♥️
