Support Colby's fight with Cancer

Hi, my name is Tara and I'm setting up this page to help a close friend during a very difficult time.
On March 24th, 2022, the family received the devastating news that 4-year-old Colby had been diagnosed with Leukemia. It felt as though their entire world had crumbled. Treatment began immediately, and while it was an intense and challenging journey for the family, Colby faced it with incredible strength, never losing his spark. He had to miss school and was unable to live the life of a typical 4-year-old.
On May 13th, 2024, after months of treatment, Colby rang the bell, officially entering remission. It was a moment of pure joy for the family, bringing relief and hope as they saw the possibility of a normal life once again.
Sadly, on January 29th, 2025, just months after remission, the family received heartbreaking news: Colby had relapsed. Treatment started on February 4th, 2025, and they are now facing this battle all over again, barely a year after his remission. Colby may need a bone marrow transplant, and since Bristol doesn’t offer this service, the family could be required to travel for the procedure.
Colby's mother, who always puts her children first, would never ask for help, but the financial strain of frequent hospital visits, travel, and additional medical costs is overwhelming. Since Colby is still within a year of remission, they do not qualify for additional financial assistance or grants.
Any support, whether through a donation or sharing Colby’s story, would be deeply appreciated by the family during this incredibly challenging time. Every bit helps.
