Drew and Cody are facing an unexpected and overwhelming challenge. On March 28th, Cody suffered a stroke that changed their lives in an instant. Tragically, his insurance policy did not take effect until April 1st, leaving them responsible for significant medical expenses during a critical time of care. They are now working to cover a debt owed to Encompass Health of Huntington, WV. These funds will go directly toward relieving that financial burden so they can focus on what truly matters—Cody’s recovery and healing.

As Cody prepares for discharge, there are also essential adjustments that need to be made at home to support his new needs. This includes installing ramps for safe entry, as well as obtaining necessary home health supplies such as a bedside commode, bathing materials, a urinal, and other daily living aids. Any additional funds raised will go toward improving Cody’s quality of life as he navigates this difficult recovery journey.
