My head is down for this. I'm not one to ask for handouts or help in general. I normally tighten my knuckles and figure out a way through.

So me asking is kind of embarrassing, hence why I send this private message.

A little over a year ago I took over ownership of a small business here in Chico. I love the place, it's been my life for the last seven years.

As it goes, the first year of being a business owner is always the roughest. Everyday is a new lesson, everyday I can't believe that I still have enough hair on my head to pull out.

I have faith in this place.

Unfortunately small businesses really get the shank from the big government. It has hit the shop at the wrong time, now it's a matter of keeping our doors open.

We have plenty of work, but its like being in a race while driving with a flat tire.

I'm asking for any handout I can get right now so I can can get ahead of the curve and even hire another hand at the shop.

Friends and family will always be priority, I'll always cut you a deal for your T-shirt needs.
