Hi, my name is Cody, and I’m reaching out for help after a life-altering accident. In September 2025, I broke my femur in a severe accident, which has left me unable to work for at least the next year. Before the accident, I worked 12-hour days, constantly on the move, climbing ladders and staircases to provide for my family. Now, with a compound fracture of my femur, my daily life has changed drastically. For the first few months, I haven’t been able to put any weight on my leg, and I’m facing the long process of relearning how to walk. Even getting around the house is a challenge, and I’ve had to rely on others for help with even the simplest tasks.

This situation has been incredibly strenuous, not just physically but emotionally and financially. I am unable to fulfill my role as the provider for my household, and it’s been difficult to rely on my family for assistance. The mounting medical bills, rent, utilities, transportation to and from appointments, groceries, and prescriptions are overwhelming.

The funds raised will help cover these essential expenses and give my family and me some stability as I focus on recovery.
