We are reaching out to seek your support for Cody Byers, a dear friend, husband, father of two, and a Senior Electrolyzer Field Service Engineering Specialist who is known for his brilliance, dedication to both his work and family, and his infectious sense of humor — always lighting up the room with his “joker smile.”

Cody had an outstanding 13-year career in diesel engine service, where he was a finalist selected to compete in the hands-on North America’s Top Tech competition. Cody has transitioned his skills and is an invaluable team member in the Alternative Power Adjacent Market Team. Cody has recently been diagnosed with H3 K27M Glioma, a rare and aggressive brain cancer, and is courageously navigating a challenging medical journey.

Why We Need Your Help - How the funds will be used

Cody needs your support to relieve the growing financial strain of his medical expenses. An inoperable tumor has caused mobility loss on his left side, significantly impacting his everyday life. In April 2025, Cody is scheduled to start receiving treatment at MD Anderson in Houston. The mounting costs of medical bills, extended hospital stays, and travel will be overwhelming for his family. By raising the funds, we hope to ease this financial burden, allowing Cody and his family to fully concentrate on Cody’s recovery.
