What should have been a typical night on 10/28/24 turned into a community nightmare.

We all received texts and calls that our boy Cody Rimmer was in a serious car accident that left him in extremely critical condition. It is by the grace of God himself that he survived and is still fighting.

We do not have all the answers we need to determine the full outcome of his condition as of 10/30/24. However, we are taking it day by day with the information given to us. We are setting this GoFundMe up to help Rimmer and his family through this difficult time. Staying optimistic about Cody's recovery, it will be a long, hard journey for him. He will have lots of medical visits and therapy, if not more. His family is facing enough heartbreak seeing him like this. We would like to help take some of the burden off them.

Cody is one of the most selfless guys around. He would give you the shirt off his back, no questions asked. He is a true warrior inside and out. Cody doesn't deserve the luck he has received these past few months. Despite losing his eye nearly 3 months ago to a firework accident, he still managed to maintain his goofy personality. He did not let that defeat him, and he won't let this defeat him either.

Cody is the kind of guy that you could not hide a smile from. He brought it out of you somehow. He is such a character to be around. Cody definitely leaves an impression on you even after just a short while. He is a fighter, and he is fighting for his life right now. For those who can't donate, then all we ask is to pray for healing among his family and friends. Pray that Cody continues to fight! "God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers."
