I'm raising funds to support my art teacher, Cody Pearson, who has been wrongfully fired from his position. This decision was made despite an outpouring of support from students, parents, and the community, and the reasoning behind it remains questionable. The administration claims their decision was based on sealed records, advised by current and former officials, but they've refused to provide transparency or consider the voices of those who know Mr. Pearson best, his students.

Mr. Pearson has been a source of inspiration and guidance for countless students, including myself. Before taking his class, I was on the verge of giving up on art entirely. His encouragement not only reignited my passion but greatly improved my skills. He goes above and beyond as a teacher, offering after-school programs, creating opportunities for students to showcase their work, and even providing digital portfolios for graduating students. His impact is felt throughout our school and community.

These funds will go directly towards legal fees to help Mr. Pearson challenge this decision and seek justice. No teacher who dedicates their heart and soul to their students should be treated this way. Any support, no matter how small, would mean the world in helping us stand by him in this fight.
