Hi, my name is Katie Ryan, and I’m asking for help for my best friend, Coco.
Coco is my 6-year-old Shih-Tzu, and he means the world to me. He’s not just my pet, he’s my constant companion, my comfort, and my family. As a senior living on a low income, Coco is truly my source of joy and emotional support every single day.
Recently, Coco was diagnosed with mast cell cancer, and he has developed tumors on his legs that need to be surgically removed as soon as possible. The surgery offers him the best chance at comfort, recovery, and more happy years together.
Unfortunately, the estimated cost of the surgery is $5,000, which is simply not something I can manage on my own. I am doing everything I can, but as a low-income senior, this expense is overwhelming and heartbreaking to face.
I’m raising funds to help cover:
Coco’s surgery to remove the tumors
Veterinary care, anesthesia, and post-operative treatment
Medications and follow-up visits
Coco has given me unconditional love, companionship, and comfort, especially during difficult times in my life. I can’t imagine giving up on him when he needs me most.
Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward Coco’s medical care and means more than I can put into words. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would also help tremendously.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, compassion, and support. You’re helping me fight for my best friend.
With gratitude,
Katie Ryan
