Support Coatesville Kid Raiders Cheerleaders

Coatesville Kid Raiders Cheerleading is a non-profit sideline cheer organization that serves girls 4-14 in the Coatesville Area School District and surrounding areas. We introduce girls to the fundamentals of cheer and mentor leadership, confidence, fitness and athleticism while encouraging positive, supportive friendships between the girls.

The cheerleaders have not had new uniforms in almost a decade! They are currently wearing pieced together uniforms from three prior uniform sets and we do not have enough to accommodate our growing organization of 120 cheerleaders. The poverty rate in the Coatesville area is 24%, which is almost five times the rate of our neighboring programs in Downingtown (5%), Exton (4%) and Kennett (2.5%). Many of our families struggle to pay for the program fees and the additional equipment necessary such as sneakers and warm up jackets.

Our cheer registration fees go to the general CKR organization to help to support the expenses of the football team's helmets, pads, insurance, field maintenance, referee fees, balls, etc. It's time to show our cheerleaders we support their amazing GIRL POWER! The following is a guideline of our expenses and how your donation directly benefits our cheerleaders!

$500 CHEER CAPTAIN LEVEL SPONSOR:

Leave a legacy for CKR cheer! We need portable mats, tumble trainers, walkie talkies for the coaches, hand washing stations, copies/binders, tents and other legacy equipment we use from year to year. A gift at this level will go toward all of the CKR squads and will also help with activities like the Coatesville Christmas Parade, homecoming and their end-of-the-season banquet/trophies.

$250 CHEERLEADER LEVEL SPONSOR:

Help cover the registration fees and incidentals like sneakers and team jacket for a deserving cheerleader whose family is unable to afford the program without assistance.

$100 UNIFORM LEVEL SPONSOR:

Our cheerleaders have not had new uniforms in almost a decade and the total cost to outfit our 100+ cheerleaders this year will be in excess of $10,000. Every donation counts!

$75 MEGAPHONE LEVEL SPONSOR:

CKR cheer needs fun things you see like crowd signs and megaphones, but we also have expenses for utility items like clear rain jackets (ours are beginning to shred) and we need to replace/purchase additional cold weather gear like gloves and fleeces.

$50 POM LEVEL SPONSOR: Cheer registration is booming and we are very short on the basics like poms sets, face spirit stickers, body glitter, deodorant sprays, bug repellant and sunblock for all five squad levels. Poms alone are $12 each x 2 per cheerleader.

$25 BOW LEVEL SPONSOR: The girls cannot share bows and cold weather gear like earmuffs due to hygiene concerns with hair, so we need to purchase at least two bows + earmuffs for 100+ girls.
