A year ago, I 'dipped a toe' into coaching. Now, in the back half of 2024, I can't imagine looking back! Each session fills me with joy and admiration for my clients' potential. I continue my training and joined my local chapter of the International Coaching Federation. My goal is to help others live fulfilling lives, and I need your support to make this dream a reality.

Why Coaching?

Turns out, yes! Many marvelous coaches have supported me these past three years. Trained by the same academy where I began my certification. I’ve experienced remarkable growth and transformation. It’s amazing what you can do when you discover what matters most to you and you’re supported to get out of your own way to make it happen!

It was laughably simple. Trust me to overcomplicate it. My most profound revelation? I’d not yet developed the skills needed to attain the goals and dreams that are most important to me. What a delight to discover that all that was necessary was learning a few new skills.

It thrills me to offer that same opportunity to others. To support others to learn how to go past that point where they’ve given up on themselves.

My Coaching Vision

I support others to live the life they were meant to live, without running themselves into the ground (and driving those around them crazy!). I empower folks to take quality action on things most important to them. I enable them to answer: “What do you want people to remember you for?”

My clients learn to achieve clarity, strengthen focus, enjoy ease, and cultivate grace. They learn to bring forth what is already within them so that they can "dance with life in the way [they] were meant to dance."

In the first funding round, I raised 33% of my goal. This was enormously supportive, contributing to the enablement of 141 hours of intensive coach training through live sessions, webinars, and video classes to date. Your generosity has enabled me to finish the theory portion and I continue working with my mentor coach and clients to complete the practical hours required for ICF accreditation.
