If you attend any of the Easton Littleton Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes, you then have come across the patient, compassionate & BJJ Warrior Red Head, Coach Theresa. Coach T is a blessing to have as a teacher, a savage on the matts and a delight to know.


Our hearts are heavy as we inform you that Coach T suffered a minor stroke on the 17th of February. The event was heart-wrenching and ended with red & blue sirens.


As difficult it is for a mother to be recovering from a stroke, the intensity, stress and heaviness this issue has caused multiplies by thousands due to the medical bills forced upon herself and her family.


We are asking now, as a big Jiu Jitsu family... to come collectively to support one of our own through this trying and difficult time. Community is so important, especially now more than ever. We hope that we can join together and make sure that our Coach Theresa comes out of this healthy, happy, and secure so she can continue to provide for her children. Please give what you can.
