My name is Sara Perez and I'm thrilled to start this go fund me campaign for a remarkable woman, Fencing Coach and Competitor, Sara Kass. I've gotten to know Coach Sara over the last two plus years when my daughter became a student at Coach Sara's fencing gym, Cyranos Place in Lakewood, Ohio. I'm grateful that my daughter gets to be coached by a top rate fencing instructor who also happens to be a strong woman and a great role model.

Recently, Coach Sara has qualified to represent the United States in the FIE Veteran World Championship in Tblisi, Georgia in October 2026. This is an amazing opportunity and dream come true. It is also quite expensive! In addition to the cost of international travel, there is also equipment costs and other expenses.
