Help Coach Angelo Plouffe with Funeral Expenses for His Beloved Mother

Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

My name is Jim Agemy, and I have the honor of serving as the Treasurer and a Board Member for the Detroit Metro Stars, a 501(c)(3) youth baseball organization in Macomb County, Michigan. Our mission is not just to teach young athletes the game of baseball but also to prepare them for the game of life. Today, we’re reaching out to our community with a heartfelt request to support one of our own.

Coach Angelo Plouffe is not only an incredible coach within our organization but also an outstanding high school coach at Dakota High School. He has dedicated his life to shaping young athletes, instilling in them discipline, teamwork, and perseverance—both on and off the field. Now, during one of the hardest moments of his life, he needs our help.

Recently, Coach Plouffe suffered the devastating loss of his beloved mother, Linda. As anyone who has lost a parent knows, the emotional toll is immense, and the financial burden of funeral expenses only adds to the hardship. That’s why we, the Detroit Metro Stars, are rallying together to support Coach Plouffe in this difficult time.

We ask you to please consider donating—no amount is too small. Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping Coach Plouffe cover funeral expenses, easing his burden as he grieves. This is our chance to give back to someone who has given so much to our community and to countless young athletes.
