In Loving Memory of Coach Marcos Orro
Coach Marcos Orro, a beloved figure in the Central Valley Volleyball Community, leaves behind a lasting legacy built on passion, dedication, and love. A devoted father to his two children, Mikayla and Niko, Marcos cherished every moment with them, infusing their lives with warmth, joy, and boundless support. His love for them was evident in every word and action, a guiding light in their lives that will forever shine brightly.
Marcos was not just a coach but a mentor, friend, and inspiration to countless athletes. Volleyball was his greatest passion, and he spent much of his life sharing that love with others. He spent his last 9 years coaching at Clovis East High School where he led the boys volleyball program to 2 State Championships, 3 CIF Central Section Championships, and 1 TRAC Championship. His impact stretched far beyond the court; he taught his players not only the game but also values of teamwork, perseverance, and integrity. His infectious enthusiasm for volleyball and his unwavering commitment to his athletes made him a respected and admired figure throughout the Central Valley.
Those who were fortunate enough to know Coach Orro will remember him for his encouraging words, his constant presence on the sidelines, and his belief in the potential of every player. He made it his mission to uplift, support, and empower those around him, creating a legacy that will be carried forward by all whose lives he touched.
Though Coach Marcos Orro has left us, his spirit will continue to inspire future generations of athletes, and his love will live on through Mikayla, Niko, and the countless lives he enriched.
Rest in peace, Coach Orro. Your legacy will forever be remembered, and your influence will never fade.
As his family navigates this difficult time, we are coming together to support them with the unexpected costs of funeral arrangements and ongoing expenses. Coach Orro gave so much to the community; now, it’s our chance to give back and help his family in their time of need.
