This isn’t something we ever imagined having to share, but our dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He is one of the strongest people we know, and he is going to fight like hell through this.
We have already been overwhelmed by the love, prayers, and support pouring in from family, friends, and so many who have been part of our dad’s life. We know he has countless past students and players who care deeply about him, and it means more to our family than we can ever express. We could truly use all the prayers right now
We also want to share that we are starting a GoFundMe to help with medical expenses. Despite being a teacher and coach for 29 years, our dad did not have medical insurance, and this has brought some unexpected financial burdens. Any support, whether through prayers, sharing, or donating, is deeply appreciated.
When he is finally able to come back home, we will set up times for those who would like to visit.
Most of all, we are trusting God completely and believing He is walking with our dad through every moment. — With love, Coach Keeling’s kids
