Hello, my name is Eric Shea, RN, BSN, and I am the founder of CareSkill Education LLC and CNA Skills at Home: Arizona Edition.

I'm not sure if I've really had a heart-to-heart conversation since I've started this fundraiser. Some of you may know that I have suffered from epilepsy and that I have been hospitalized multiple times over the past few months.

I have finally recovered enough to stabilize my life to an extent. I am not having any more seizures, but I also can't work in the Nursing clinical setting or Education setting full time. I feel as if my life has been turned upside down. I was able to get a part time Job here in Arizona and I'm hoping for the best.

I also started my business "CareSkill Education LLC" (as the sole founder and owner). CNA Skills at Home (our first product) is an online and mobile app that is built to assist students in passing their Certified Nursing Assistant Programs. It also is great for giving people a headstart for entering the healthcare field.

We assist individuals to find and enter the Nursing field by providing resources to locate CNA programs that are right for them. For those in need we provide resources for food, rent, transportation, bills and much more.

A special area I'm focusing on are refugees, immigrants, and those who speak English as a second or third language. Many of them want to enter healthcare and have a difficult time doing so.

This is my way of staying in Nursing while not causing another Epilepsy flare up. Life hasn't been the easiest lately.

That lead me to what I'm asking for. Donations are greatly appreciated more than you know. I also understand that not everyone can donate to my cause. I am asking if you cannot donate that you share my first product "CNA Skills at Home." It could help this project reach someone who believes in supporting future caregivers.

I am working on a series on my YouTube page for others on this site. I hope I can get my viewers interested in donating to your cause.
