Help Save Clover – Emergency C-Section Surgery
Hi everyone, I never thought I would be making a post like this, but I’m asking for help for my sweet goat, Clover.
Clover has been dealing with a very difficult postpartum situation. After noticing some symptoms after she delivered her baby, we took her to the vet and discovered she has a fetus (no longer alive) stuck in her uterus. We have tried various less invasive treatment options, including trying to assist her to go into labor and help pull the baby out, but unfortunately, they were unable to remove the baby and she now urgently needs an emergency C-section.
Clover is more than just a goat to me — she is part of our family. She is incredibly sweet, loving, and has such a special personality. Through all of this, she has continued to trust us, eat treats, and seek affection, and I want to do everything I can to give her the best chance possible.
The vet thinks she has good odds and will still have a good quality of life after surgery.
Veterinary emergencies can become expensive very quickly, and while I am contributing everything I can, the costs are more than I expected. Any donation, no matter how small, would go directly toward Clover’s emergency surgery and medical care.
Thank you for taking the time to read Clover’s story and for keeping her in your thoughts. We are hoping for a safe surgery and for Clover to come home to us and her baby safe and healthy.
