Hi, I'm Jennifer Barnes. I'm starting this GoFundMe page for my husband, Clint Barnes, and our family. We have a daughter, Paisley; she is 9. Clint went to the emergency room for swelling and pain in his leg, and they found a clot in his leg and lung. They sent him to pulmonary specialists. Clint works two jobs and pays child support out of the first one to make ends meet. He has a second job to care for our family. Most of you know I'm handicapped and don't work. He has no current insurance. So, when he began to see his doctor, he paid out of pocket for visits and more testing. Williamson Medical has allowed us to pay a certain amount down on each test and finance the rest. After an ultrasound, Dr. Hunt's office said he needs to see a vascular surgeon. He needs surgery and more tests and to be out of work for a few weeks. He has an acute arterial occlusion in his leg. He is having a hard time walking and is in a lot of pain. They are afraid of a stroke or worse if we don't fix the occlusion. We are raising this money through GoFundMe to help us with the surgery and living costs while he's out of work.
