My name is Tyler Agaba, and I am the son of Clifford Agaba. On August 9th, my dad passed away unexpectedly.
I am raising funds to support my mom, my three brothers, and myself as we work to stay afloat during this difficult time. A large part of these funds will go toward covering funeral and memorial costs, including the significant expense of shipping my dad’s remains back to Uganda. It is very important to our family that he be laid to rest in his home country so that our relatives there can gain closure, say their goodbyes in person, and honor the incredible man he was. In addition, part of these funds will be set aside in a trust for my brothers, to help them when they graduate and begin the next chapters of their lives, whether that’s moving, attending college, or building their futures.
Our goal is to raise $20,000 to meet these needs.
My dad was a great, outgoing man who always put his family first. No matter what life threw at him, he faced it with strength and faith. Even when battling cancer and struggling with medical bills, he continued to work and provide for his family, never hesitating to lend a hand to friends and loved ones. He lived each day with resilience, reminding us to take life one step at a time. He was an extraordinary man, and we want to honor him in a way that reflects the love, care, and strength he gave to everyone around him.
Your support will allow us to give my dad the memorial he deserves, reunite him with his family in Uganda for a final farewell, and help us move forward during this painful time.
Thank you so much for your generosity, prayers, and kindness. Every donation—no matter the size—means the world to us and goes a long way in helping us through this loss.
