Cliff Attaway Medical Fund

Three days after his diagnosis of Stage 4 Glioblastoma Multiform, a malignant brain tumor, Cliff Attaway stood in front of the altar after church and prayed for people in need. "Others before self" is not simply a consideration for Cliff; it is a lifestyle he embraces as a husband, father, friend, manager at Mardel Book Store, and member of New Life Church. 

Because Cliff is a natural storyteller and writer, great consideration was taken when removing his tumor, located in the "eloquent" or communication center of his brain. On Friday, October 26, his surgeon removed "most" of the tumor and Cliff woke from surgery, able to speak and express himself clearly. 

In the coming days and weeks, Cliff and his wife, Katherine, will consult with oncologists to strategize the best care plan to fight the remaining cancer. 

Financial assistance is urgently needed to help Cliff and Katherine fight this battle without the stress and burden of mounting medical costs in addition to their living expenses. Both are taking an undetermined time away from work in order to care for Cliff's medical needs.
