Support Cleveland State Film Students

Hello! We are a group of students who are a part of Cleveland State University's film program. We are making two films this year, and we need your help to make it happen. Please consider donating so we can make these films the best they can be!

Our first film is Burnout Syndrome, written and directed by Eden Scigliano.

Here is a special message from her!

"Hello hello, my name is Eden Scigliano, I’m the director for the short film “Burnout Syndrome”! “Burnout Syndrome” is the story of a brother and a sister who are polar opposites reconnecting after two years of radio silence. Dawn Summers just dropped out of Yale when she realized that she had only been pursuing what her parents had told her to do. She falls onto her older brother Finch, a punk rocker, for guidance. Finch takes Dawn on a journey through their childhood hangouts, hoping to rekindle the fire in her eyes."

Our second film is The Nice Cowboy, written by Jonathan Koritansky and Kyan Vano, directed by Jonathan Koritansky.

Here is a special message from Jonathan!

"Howdy there! My name is Jonathan Koritansky and I am the director of The Nice Cowboy! The Nice Cowboy is the story of two roommates who can’t stand one another, and the mysterious helpful cowboy who helps them find friendship. This film is a completely bonkers, off-the-wall adventure that I am incredibly excited to bring to life. The film is an homage to the visual stylings and often campy feel of spaghetti western movies, but beyond that, it’s a film about being the odd one out."

To make this movie the best it can possibly be, our team needs all the money it can get. We need money for props, wardrobe, locations, and food for our cast and crew. All of the proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards funding not only two great short films but also great hands-on experiences for film students of all grades at the Cleveland State University School of Film and Media Arts.
