Hi everyone, my name is Rudy Clementine’s cat dad.
Unfortunately, Clementine is currently in emergency veterinary care due to a suspected blockage or severe inflammation in her bowels. We rushed her to the vet after she accidentally got into some onions.
She was her usual sweet, purry, and affectionate self in the morning. But by noon, I noticed something was wrong, she became very lethargic, and her condition quickly worsened.
The vet found she was running a fever and, after running tests and x-rays, discovered concerning signs in her vitals. They recommended immediate transfer to the emergency room for surgery to remove the blockage and give her the best chance at recovery.
Clementine is now under emergency care, and we’re praying for a miracle, that the operation goes well and she can come home to heal.
