Claudio has a wife and 12 year old son. In November, ICE agents were seen in his apartment complex, he went to drop off his son at school, and on his way back from school when he was stopped and taken.

Claudio is currently being held at Otay Mesa, where he has been held for 5 months. In those five months, he has endured a lot of pain. He has been given food that can barely be called food, and is unable to sleep at night because of all the noise. There is a floor that is severely damaged, and everyone falls, and no one does anything about it. He is treated like a criminal for the crime of wanting to work in this country.
