On January 7, 2025, we woke up to the heartbreaking news that our brother, Cláudio Correia Keta, was detained by ICE, even though he has a pending asylum case and is awaiting his court hearing.

He has no criminal record and has always lived an honest life, dedicated to his family. Cláudio is a loving father, a loyal friend, and a hardworking man. At this moment, his family is facing not only the pain of separation but also urgent legal and living expenses.
