My name is Nicole Bouchard, and I am raising funds for my twin sister, Claudine Underwood. Three weeks ago, Claudine was admitted to Umass Worcester after suffering at least five strokes. The cause is still being investigated, and there is concern she may have more. These strokes have left her unable to move or communicate, and her husband Jamie, along with their two amazing children, Natalie and Jordan, are facing an incredibly emotional and financial hardship.

Claudine's journey ahead will be long and challenging. She will require months, if not years, of medical care—first in the hospital and then in rehabilitation. She will need extensive rehab to learn to move, walk, and even speak again. This sudden medical emergency has come at a very difficult time for their family, making the need for support even more urgent.
