Mi nombre es Claudia López y me acerco para compartir mi historia con todos ustedes. La vida me ha lanzado una bola curva inesperada y necesito su apoyo mientras enfrento mi mayor batalla hasta el momento.

Durante los últimos ocho meses, he estado lidiando con un dolor crónico que parecía no tener fin. Tuvo un costo increíble en mi bienestar físico y emocional. Incontables visitas al médico, pruebas y preguntas sin respuesta me dejaron frustrada y exhausta.

Recientemente me diagnosticaron Angiosarcoma, una forma rara y agresiva de cáncer. Este diagnóstico ha puesto mi mundo de cabeza y ha sido un shock para mi familia, mi esposo, mi hija y todos los que me aman.

Busqué tratamiento en el renombrado Centro Oncológico MD Anderson, conocido por su experiencia en el tratamiento de cánceres complejos y raros. El equipo médico aquí es increíble y estoy agradecida de estar bajo su cuidado. Sin embargo, el camino que queda por recorrer es largo, desafiante y costoso.

No soy simplemente Claudia; Soy madre, esposa, hija, hermana y amiga de muchas personas maravillosas. Aprecio mis roles en estas relaciones y el amor y apoyo que brindan. Estoy decidida a luchar con todas mis fuerzas, no sólo por mí sino por todos los que me aman.
