Hello, my name is Belinda Sulleza and I am the older cousin of Clarito Deguzman. On the early morning of April 26th, Clarito got into a horrific hit and run accident that left him with severe fractures all over his body. He is currently in the hospital with on-going surgeries and due to the severity of his injuries, he will remain in the hospital for a prolonged amount of time till he recovers.

We ask for donations to help fund Clarito's medical expenses and all funds raised will go directly to Clarito's medical costs and related medical expenses.
